Who We Are
The White Earth Reservation Tribal DOVE (Down On Violence Everyday) Program serves victims of Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence, Stalking, Dating Violence, Elder Abuse, Trafficking and General Crime and provides services to Native and non-Native women, men and youth who live on or near the White Earth Reservation.

Our staff may assist you to obtain job skills, reduce, adapt, or eliminate barriers for you to find and retain satisfying employment and/or education leading to gainful employment and self-sufficiency.

Our mission is to administer effective programs to promote the core goal of employment. Our vision is to provide a high quality of Workforce Center services to our participants that will develop a skilled workforce and eliminate barriers to meet their self-defined goals for family self-sufficiency. We also intend to collaborate with area employers and other agencies to make opportunities for job creation, retention, and development of a prepared, skilled workforce especially in high-demand, high-wage careers.
Financial Services
White Earth Financial Services administers income maintenance programs for White Earth Members and their families who reside within the counties of Becker, Mahnomen and Clearwater. White Earth Financial Services defines a member as an enrolled member of the White Earth Tribe and any person that is a lineal descendant to a White Earth enrollee.

Food Distribution Programs on Indian Reservations is an alternative to SNAP, aka Food Stamps. FDPIR is administered by USDA/FNS providing food and nutrition assistance to low income families and supports American Agriculture by distributing high quality, 100% American grown USDA foods.

Resource and Supportive Services has 6 programs under its department. First off is White Earth Constituents, which is located at the Naytahwaush Sports Complex. the Cass Lake Liaison Office at the Cass Lake Legion building that helps with band members on the Leech Lake Reservation. White Earth Urban Office which is located in Minneapolis area to help with our band member living in the urban area. We have the Homeless Program located at Giwainkimin Supportive Housing Building in Naytahwaush and at Dream Catcher Homes located in Ogema. We have The Energy Assistance Program located in Waubun and lastly the Weatherization Program.

Learn MoreElder and Vulnerable Adult Program
White Earth Elder/Vulnerable Adult program provides the following services:
- Develop programs to be sustainable and fully maximizing resources to meet the needs of Elder’s and Vulnerable Adults
- Provide Services such as case management, referrals, and other services upon request.
- Coordinate and process Travel to and from medical appointments and other appointments the elders may have.
- Represent and help client with court proceedings.
- Collaborate with other programs to ensure clients’ needs are met in their homes.
- Ensure client is living in a safe environment.
- Assess client’s needs.
