- Made possible by White Earth Education Division and Minnesota Indian Affairs Council (MIAC) grant funding. Funding comes from the Minnesota Indian Affairs Council’s Language Revitalizations grants which originate from the Arts and Cultural Heritage fund that is part of the Legacy amendment -
In order to get access, you must apply using our online application. Applicants must:
- Be 13 years of age or older
- Have a current email and access to a computer or smart phone
- Provide proof of enrollment in any federally recognized tribe or First Nations, proof of descendancy, or proof of employment at WERBC or Shooting Star Casino
All applicants must apply via: the online application
Priority will be given to enrolled members. Applications will be accepted until funding is depleted.
Licenses are non-transferable.

Once your application has been processed and accepted, you will receive your Rosetta Stone login via email.
