Homeless Program

Dream Catcher Homes:

DCH is served by Northwest Consortium Department of Human Services Supportive Services Grant for the Long Term Homeless "People" served by this grant must meet the definition of Long Term Homelessness:

1.  A person, family or youth who has been living on the streets or in a shelter for a year or more or:

2.  A person, family or youth who has been living on the streets or in a shelter at least 4 times in the past 3 (three) years.

Services provided at DCH under the LTH grant may include:

  • Case Management
  • Direct Service
  • Transportation Assistance
  • Flex Fund Assistance
  • HMIS - Homeless Management Information System

Emergency Service Program

  • Must be homeless
  • May help with deposit, 1st month rent or utility assistance
  • Emergency motel voucher 1 (one) night only
  • A follow-up appointment with client will be conducted
  • Referrals to other agencies as needed
